WE Graham Community Service Society is a charitable, non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to providing educational, social and youth facilities and services, in an inclusive and caring atmosphere, in response to the expressed needs of our rural target population.
About Us!
WEGCSS is a non-profit, charitable organization located in the Village of Slocan, we also serve the outlying rural community of the Regional District of the Central Kootenays Area H from Slocan South. All of our programs, projects, and services are broadly based to meet educational, economic, recreational, social, and cultural needs of residents of the Slocan Valley of all ages preschoolers, children, youth, adults, and seniors.
Goals and Objectives
To provide leadership in community development
To facilitate life long learning opportunities for all community members (cradle to grave)
To provide programs and services for individuals, families, and community groups
To coordinate community use of the existing school facilities and resources for educational, recreational, social, and cultural activities
